Who will work on my property?
Uniformed, Drug Tested (in accordance with the Ohio BWC Drug-Free Workplace Program), background checked, highly trained property maintenance professionals.

All of our trucks are GPS tracked and monitored every single day to alleviate client concern and help with scheduling.
What services in addition to traditional landscape work do you offer?
We offer property preservation services which include but are not limited to trashouts, estate clean outs, patio and retaining wall restorations, and light excavating. We also have a dedicated irrigation maintenance crew who can troubleshoot and repair any existing system.
How do I pay for services?
We invoice once a month for services rendered in the previous month. Bills typically go out after the 15th. We take Visa, Discover, American Express, and MasterCard. We also accept personal checks, business checks and cold hard cash.
How do you schedule your clients?
Our routine maintenance clients are typically serviced on the same day each week. We ask you give us a two day grace each way due to weather. It is Ohio, after all. For our landscape or other “one-time” jobs we will schedule a day that works for you based on our availability, at least a week out so we both have plenty of time to plan.
