Monica is in charge of the budget and helps manage the whole company. She is mainly behind the scenes but don't think she isn't a big part of the company's success. Monica was an intervention specialist and Kindergarten teacher until 2017. When she and Adam had their second child in summer of 2017 she decided to focus on the company full-time. She is primarily responsible for Payroll, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Thanks to Monica, MAHON Property Maintenance is now a proud drug-free company in accordance with the OHIO BWC program. She is also the one who instituted an emphasis on official safety programs here. She holds regular safety meetings with the crews and corroborates with our office manager, Katrina Venables on anything pertinent to her job as well. With over 10 years of experience, MAHON is proud to be a woman-owned company. In her spare time, Monica likes to relax with her daughter Addison, son Jaxson, and husband Adam (when he's not working).

Tony has been Team MAHON since 2015. He started out as an account manager and still does some of that today. Tony's main focus and passion, is Snow & Ice Management. Katrina joined the staff in the fall of 2017. She came over from a staffing agency as she was looking for a part-time job that she could work around her schedule as a new parent. She works remotely from her home in a suburb of Columbus. Katrina is the nice pleasant (at least she better be) voice you hear when you call into our office for new service or a customer inquiry. She coordinates with Monica and Adam any customer requests or new estimates. Another duty of Katrina is the pre-screening of any potential new hires here at the company. In her spare time she enjoys relaxing with her daughter and husband and rooting on her beloved Buckeyes.
